How we hire
We hire carefully. We'd rather leave a seat empty than fill it with the wrong person, and we've learned that the hard way. Here's what the process looks like:
- A phone screen
- An on-site conversation
- A paid full-day shadow, so you see the real work and we see you in it
- A paid mini ops assignment for finalists
- Reference calls, including with a former direct report
