Imagine having energy at the end of every day to enjoy being fully present with your family, falling asleep within 5 minutes of placing your head on the pillow, then waking up reenergized to tackle another day.
Sound impossible? Have you tried the diets already? Have you been to the specialists and wracked up a half dozen diagnoses but no solutions?
You’re not alone.
Hi. I’m Dr. Aaron Hartman
I’ve been practicing medicine for over 20 years in five countries on four different continents. In that time, I’ve cared for over 100,000 patients. So when I say, “You’re not alone,” I hope you’ll trust me.
You’re not alone.
You’re not making it up.
You’re not just pretending to be sick or tired.
You’re not wrong to be looking for real and better answers.
So ... What’s Really Going On?
In medical school, doctors are taught pattern recognition. Over four years of medical school and 3–4 years of residency, we learn to hone in on symptoms. If Edward has low energy, fatigue, and feels “down,” we may diagnose him as having depression. Or, if Sally is fatigued and experiences chest pain when exerting herself, combined with a general sense of feeling bad or something just not being right, we may diagnose her as having a heart attack. Recognizing patterns is the foundation of training doctors.
Unfortunately, that level of pattern recognition is where many doctors stop. What is missed, then, are the patterns that connect patterns that connect patterns.
I’ve seen this play out countless times. Patients walk away from their doctor (or a series of specialists) with 5–6 different diagnoses: depression, ADHD, concussion, irritable bowel syndrome, and insomnia. What is not recognized is that all those seemingly separate diagnoses are connected by a single, systemic dysfunction. Overwhelmed and exhausted moms are then forced to crowdsource “solutions” to the compounding diagnoses they’ve acquired — rather than recognizing and addressing the root cause.
Overwhelmed and exhausted moms are then forced to crowdsource “solutions” to the compounding diagnoses they’ve acquired — rather than recognizing and addressing the root cause.
In my 20 years of walking alongside over 100,000 patients, I have never been content to connect only symptoms.
There is a better way. There is still hope.
If you’re tired of chasing trends and ready to take back control of your health, you’re going to want to invest some of your precious time in what I’m about to share…
I want to introduce you to the method I have used to get at the root cause of fatigue and dozens of other mystery illnesses that haunt so many of us (and mothers most of all).
I call it Connected Health.
What Is Connected Health?
Connected Health is the unique approach to health and healing I’ve developed over 20 years of connecting conventional medicine with integrative and functional medicine ... which I am now making digitally accessible — it transcends borders, regions, and time zones to offer personalized health and healing to anyone, anywhere.
It honors the way our bodies are designed. Our bodies have an innate ability to heal and repair. But, we can introduce obstacles that impair that self-healing.
By the time you feel fatigue, multiple body systems are dysfunctional or operating in deficit. You don’t just need more energy coming in. Anyone can drink another cup of coffee or eat a snack ... but that isn’t working, is it? That just adds additional side-effects ... additional obstacles to your body functioning as it is designed.
You need your body systems—your connected health—functioning optimally. You need to get to the root cause of your fatigue and address the obstacles preventing your body from healing.
But maybe it would be helpful to say what Connected Health isn’t...
What Isn’t Connected Health?
Connected Health isn’t another fad diet.
It includes food plans and I often recommend dietary supplements, but is much bigger and holistic than a diet.
Connected Health is built on the compounding knowledge and paradigm shifts that have been occurring in the field of medicine over the last 50 years.
When gut first was talked about in the integrative world in the late 80s, it was ridiculed by the medical “standard of care.” Then, when autoimmune diseases and the connection with the gut was discussed in the 90s it started to catch but was still overlooked by the medical establishment. Even today, gut health is not discussed in the typical rounds in a hospital or in medical student classes.
Connected Health is the natural progression of where medicine has been going and should continue to go.
So, you can rest assured (literally & figuratively) that you are following a best-of-science methodology.
- Avoid tedious and confusing Google searches
- Skip following dead end trends that zap your money and leave you with no results.
- Rely on a scientifically grounded approach to avoid falling for medical fads.
- Experience a comprehensive solution that goes beyond diets, addressing multiple facets of your health and well-being for a more holistic approach.
Why Does This Work?
Connected Health integrates the best scientific and medical research within a framework of the body as an interconnected system of systems.
Connected Health works because it doesn’t stop at the superficial symptoms people may complain about. Connected Health uncovers the underlying causes of why people (and why you) are feeling unwell. It integrates the latest research from medicine, systems biology, information technology, and translational medicine, as well as clinical experience, to provide a holistic, individualized approach to health and well-being.
What Kind of Results Can I Expect?
Taking control of your health is a lifelong process, but you will experience dramatic results with Connected Health in as little as 6 weeks.
Our foundational Gut pathway provides a short-term (28 day) framework to restore your gut health while providing you with small, actionable steps to improve the triangle of health (Gut • Stress • Sleep). As your gut health improves, you will have access to personalized next steps.
- You can expect improved mental clarity, energy levels, and digestive health in as little as six weeks.
- You can anticipate having the additional mental and emotional resources needed to invest in larger growth goals.
- You can expect to be fully present with your family without neglecting your own wellbeing.
How Easy Is Connected Health?
Connected Health enables you to take progressive steps from where you are to where you want to be.
Connected Health meets you where you are and provides guidance for gradual changes at your own pace. It offers flexible options for different levels of commitment rather than an “all or nothing” approach.
- Start with simple, healthy habits and core principles, then customize your path.
- Experience benefits quickly to gain momentum while taking your time to adopt new lifestyle habits.
- Anticipate guidance and support to motivate you through each stage of change.
- Maintain a balanced approach to life that works with your needs and schedule.
Can This Replace My Health Specialists?
Connected Health does not replace the value of specialists; it connects the dots between them.
You may still benefit from the expertise of a dermatologist or allergist. You may still require an oncologist or an ER doctor. Connected Health provides a framework for understanding the underlying systems that connect the systems which specialists deal with.
- You will be equipped with better questions to ask specialists when they are needed.
- You won’t be left with multiple, unconnected diagnoses or disjointed recommendations from different doctors.
- You won’t be forced to Google your own condition.
Does it matter how old I am?
What If I Have Dietary Restrictions?
Will It Work for My Diagnosis?
Connected Health works regardless of your age, lifestyle, or ailment.
As long as you’re alive your body is healing and repairing itself. You’re body will do what it was made to do. We can tap into your body’s innate systems and shake them up a bit to get them to work better. So as long as you’re alive, there’s hope.
- You can eat Kosher, Halal, or vegetarian and still reap the benefits.
- You don’t have to pick up jogging.
- You get a better night’s sleep whether you have a headache or IBS.
- You can share your journey of renewal with anyone else in your family.
- You can start on your 70th birthday and feel better by 71.
I’ve heard you specialize in hypermobility. Will this work for me even if I’m not hypermobile?
Connected health is an entire approach to whole-health care that can benefit anyone.
My interest in connections behind connections, behind connections led me to recognize the significance of our connective tissues on many of our body systems. Roughly 1 in 5 people have hypermobility, which dramatically impacts many of our body systems, but nobody is talking about it. So I took up the cause. But that particular focus is the result of the larger framework and philosophy that can guide anyone to take control of their connected health.
Exploring and addressing hypermobility is an expression of my search for knowledge. With Connected Health, you’re gaining access to my inquisitive mind — always asking questions, always looking for the new connection which you can’t find anywhere else.
Connected Health is built around my 3 signature programs (we call them pathways): Gut, Stress, & Sleep—based on the Triangle of Health.
Each pathway consists of guided video content provided by me plus tools and resources equipping you to succeed in taking back control of your health.
What Is It Worth to Take Back Control of Your Health?
It costs about $2700 to join our in-person membership program, plus $200 per month after. I work hard to ensure that value produces a return in people’s lives. But I think we can help a lot more people — separated by both distance and finances. The goal of Connected Health is to provide accessible support and benefits for wellness within reach of everyone.
When Connected Health fully launches next year, we will be selling our foundational programs (Gut • Stress • Sleep) for $397 each, which will place Connected Health within reach for a lot of people. But you don’t need to wait for all of the programs to begin feeling better.
You can take advantage of our first course, right away for only $397.
