Core Food Plan (Resource Bundle)
The Core Food Plan provides foundations for eating that will carry you throughout your life. The plan uses the basic principles of “food as medicine” to support your health goals and improve your relationship with food. It takes elements from the Mediterranean diet and the hunter-gatherer approach (sometimes referred to as “Paleo” diet), focusing on low- glycemic carbohydrates. The IFM diet can be easily changed to suit personal preferences and health needs. It is available in vegetarian and vegan versions and can accommodate foods from virtually any culture.
Anti-Candida Food Plan (Resource Bundle)
The Anti-Candida Food Plan is a type of elimination diet designed to address symptoms of intestinal candida overgrowth or recurring yeast infections of the skin, mouth, or genital area. While the evidence supporting the use of dietary changes for candida is limited, clinical experience and some recent studies have shown positive outcomes when used as part of an overall treatment plan.
