INFLAMMATION

Inflammation is the smoke. Almost no one looks for the fire.

Aches that move around. Fatigue and brain fog that come and go. Flares with no clear pattern, and lab markers that run high while no one can say why. Chronic inflammation is the body responding to something. The work is finding what.

Inflammation

Inflammation is a normal response of our body’s immune system … but it can sometimes run amok, leading to all kinds of problems.

What inflammation is actually telling you

Inflammation is the immune system’s response to a threat. In the short term it heals you. When it never shuts off, it starts to do damage, and that low, constant burn sits underneath a huge range of chronic disease.
Chronic inflammation is almost always downstream of a trigger the standard workup never looks for: a hidden infection, a food, a toxin like mold, a leaky gut barrier, or unrelenting stress. Suppressing the inflammation without removing the trigger is why symptoms come right back the moment the medication stops.
